"Silberpfeil-Architekten" was commissioned with the comprehensive redesign of the roof top (2005).
The goal was the reinterpretation of the roof according to the demands of the 21st century.
Large glass surfaces combined with intuitive folds create a crystalline appearance.

Ceiling height from 2.8 m to 6.0 m in open areas, as well as the open space characterize the penthouse.
Even before entering the first living area, you can already imagine the imperial panorama,
which you can enjoy from the upper levels.
The newly created apartment is divided into attic, gallery and roof terrace.
